Reflections in Light & Line Classes
Reflections in Light & Line classes introduce you to a Neurographica-based technique — a creative and therapeutic art form that blends art, psychology, and neuroscience to support emotional balance and self-discovery. Developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014, Neurographica uses flowing lines, shapes, and color to engage the brain’s neural networks, helping you process emotions, release stress, and open space for positive change.
I discovered a passion for this powerful process a couple of years ago — not only is it fun, creative, and deeply relaxing, but it creates new neural pathways that support healing and transformation.
You’ll leave with a calm mind, a peaceful heart, and a piece of art that reflects your inner light.
All materials are provided.
Fee $15
Check Events Calendar for dates & times.
NOTE: I also offer a slightly different version of this class through the Whitley County Cooperative Extension Community Arts Center at 428 Main Street in Williamsburg. Classes are on the first Wednesday of the month through April. All materials are provided.
The next class is March 4, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:30 pm. Register through UKPace. The fee is $15 and is payable through the UKPace website (https://ukywhitley.pacecommunity.net/) or in person.
Let’s Create Something Meaningful Together.
The Nourished Inner Child Circle
The is a private Facebook community for women 40+ who are exploring healing around food, body, and self from a gentler, inner-child–centered perspective — without diets, rules, or fixing.
The Circle is rooted in:
-Connection rather than control
-Compassion rather than willpower
-Shared experience rather than going it alone
Inside the group, I’ll be holding the space and offering twice-monthly optional group healings (meditations, art-based practices, sound, and other supportive tools), along with reflective prompts and community conversation.
This is not a program you have to keep up with. It’s a place to arrive as you are.
If this speaks to you, you’re welcome to join us here:

I’m planning to offer a local meetup group as well for Whitley County. If you’re interested, please let me know.
