It involves what is essentially reprogramming the subconscious mind -- enabling us to release what we don't want and bring in what we want. This includes things like traumatic memories; habits and behavioral patterns; managing stress, anxiety, fear, shame, guilt; allergies to foods and other items; and virtually anything else you want to change.
